I want to share with you a few tips to keep your skin looking as healthy as possible. If your skin looks healthier, you will look more radiant, younger and ultimately more beautiful! There are a few different things you can do without having to resort to expensive trips to dermatologists and you might start to notice the difference right away!
1. Drink Water

This might sound obvious, but it is often an overlooked skin healthcare tip. Your body, including your skin, starts to build up toxins throughout the day. Drinking plenty of water will help your body to flush these toxins out of your body, including the toxins that build up in your skin. Toxins in your skin can lead to acne, wrinkles, and oil or greasy skin. So flush those toxins out of your body by staying away from sugary or caffeinated drinks and drink plenty of water!
2. Sleep!

Sleeping has a number of benefits and not only skin care! Your body uses this time to repair itself and whilst you sleep, cells and tissues get repaired and growth hormones are at their peak. What this means is that your body is naturally repairing skin cells meaning that your skin will naturally look healtier!
3. Stay out of the sun!
We all love the sun, the happy days on the beach and that ‘Summery’ feeling! But the sun isn’t good for our skin. If you do expose yourself to the sun make sure that you use sunscreen and not just any sunscreen. Buy a sunscreen that contains moisturizers to keep your skin protected from the nasty UV rays and moisturized all at the same time.
4. Washing!
This one must be obvious, washing your skin helps keep it clean and healthy. Your skin contains millions of tiny little pores and these pores can become blocked with dirt and grime. If you clean your skin regularly you will keep these pores open and have less chance for the dirt to build up, leading to nasty problems like acne! A clean body is a healthy body!
5. Eat Fruit and Veg!
We are constantly told to eat our fruit and vegetables and sometimes we don’t eat enough. Having a healthy diet means that our skin will reap the benefits too! A healthy body will result in healthy skin. So make sure that you eat all your fruit and vegetables to ensure that your body is always working at 100%

Here are my 5 basic tips and tricks that everyone can do for healthy looking skin. These are the basics and if you do these things every day you will be giving your body a head start to feel and look as good as you can. Don’t forget that a healthy body is a more beautiful body and this applies to all parts of your body, not just your skin. You’ll notice that your hair is softer, you feel better and look more radiant.
