Nimbuzz to Set Up Global Headquarters in India

The Netherlands based instant messaging cross platform application Nimbuzz is relocating their global headquarters in India.Indians in Nimbuzz accounts for a fifth of its 90 million customers which makes around 18 million Indians using this messenger.

Nimbuzz has also restructured their top level officials. Indians will be occupying top jobs in here rather than dutch officials. The new CEO of the company will be Vikas Sharma, who was former executive of Aircel. He will be replacing the co-founder in this company, Evert Jaap Lug who has been promoted to the post of Chairman.

Nimbuzz holds 24% market share in smartphone chat application. This is the great news of Indians as India is emerging to be global leader in smartphone usage.
